What happens to my saved research if I cancel?
Nothing. Cancellation just stops the renewal — every report, finding, collection, and draft you've created stays in your account. You drop back to free-tier limits at the end of your billing period.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — $190/year vs $228/year ($19 × 12). You save ~17%, which is roughly two months free. Annual subscribers can switch to monthly at renewal.
Do you offer team or institutional plans?
Not yet. Pro is currently individual-only. If your lab or department needs shared access, get in touch — we're prioritizing team workflows for the next quarter.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Lemon Squeezy (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT/sales-tax automatically.
